Geological Studies<\/strong><\/p>

Geological studies form the foundation of preliminary, semi-detailed, and detailed mineral exploration. These studies include the identification of rock facies, alteration, and mineralogy. The process begins with field surveys conducted by the technical team. In subsequent stages, rock and mineral samples are collected, thin and polished sections are prepared, and geological, alteration, and mineralization maps are created. Each map is generated according to the relevant standards and scales as defined by the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade. Emidco\u2019s team of experienced geologists is capable of conducting all geological studies, creating geological and thematic maps in various scales, as well as performing Lithogeochemical, geochemical, and heavy mineral sampling and core drilling studies.<\/p>

Remote Sensing Studies<\/strong><\/p>

Remote sensing is a cost-effective preliminary exploration stage, allowing the enhancement of alteration zones (indicating different types of mineralization), lineaments, and major faults through the processing of ASTER and Landsat satellite imagery. It\u2019s worth noting that remote sensing alone does not provide sufficient information for mineral exploration but serves as an initial overview of the area. Emidco\u2019s GIS and RS team is equipped to conduct comprehensive remote sensing and photogrammetry studies and build geological and mineral databases.<\/p>

Geophysical Studies<\/strong><\/p>

Geophysical methods, like magnetometry, are used to assess the potential for iron deposits at depth, offering geophysical models associated with iron mineralization. Following the collection of magnetic field intensity data along pre-designed profiles, necessary maps are created using software. These maps are then analyzed in combination with geological, remote sensing, and geochemical data. Emidco\u2019s geophysics team, with several magnetometry devices, provides data collection, analysis, and iron mineral potential assessment within exploration areas.<\/p>

Exploratory Drilling<\/strong><\/p>

Emidco\u2019s drilling team, equipped with advanced coring rigs, can perform deep core drilling to support subsurface studies and in-depth mineral analysis. Core drilling facilitates the assessment of mineralization parameters such as dip, strike, depth, and grade. Through these drilling studies, mineral reserves can be estimated and evaluated for subsequent stages.<\/p>

Drone Mapping<\/strong><\/p>

To generate topographical maps of exploration or mining areas, emidco\u2019s specialized survey and photogrammetry team collects data required for creating topographic maps, Digital Elevation Models (DEMs), and orthophotos. Additionally, the team is skilled in volume calculations for tasks like stockpile and mineral deposit estimation.<\/p>

Mining Exploration with Modeling<\/strong><\/p>

Following core drilling and other exploration activities, emidco uses data from log studies (e.g., lithology, grade along boreholes, drill hole characteristics like dip and azimuth, and topographic coordinates) to model pits, ramps, and estimate reserves using Gemcom Surpac and Datamine software. The primary goal of these activities is to facilitate efficient methods for mineral extraction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
